Role Scope
This is a delivery-critical analyst leadership role for enterprise finance and leasing products. You will own requirements fidelity, implementation clarity, UAT confidence, and release governance across multi-team environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops and convert business needs into RS/FS and sprint-ready artifacts.
- Drive traceability between user stories, test outcomes, and release decisions.
- Conduct SQL-level validation to support behavior analysis and issue diagnostics.
- Coordinate architecture, QA, and engineering teams during UAT and cutover phases.
- Control post-release triage and stabilization with SLA-focused communication.
- Mentor junior analysts and enforce documentation and operating standards.
Required Profile
- Strong enterprise background in finance, leasing, ERP, or contract lifecycle systems.
- Advanced SQL competence with data integrity and performance awareness.
- Practical experience with API integrations and ETL validation workflows.
- Confident stakeholder communication in high-pressure production contexts.
